We are a Bail Bonds Company offering release from jail for qualifying individuals. We do require a co-signer on all bonds. This person is co-responsible with Carolina Bail bonds in making sure the defendant goes to all their court dates.  In North Carolina a bail bonds company can charge a bond fee from 0 to 15% of the amount of the bond.
We can't offer a bond for release until the defendant has been before a magistrate and a bond has been set. From there one of our agents can negotiate a price for the bond and a payment plan can be drawn up if necessary . 

Our expectations from our clients is they make all their court dates. Unfortunately there are several circumstance that require us to re-arrest a defendant out on our bond. These are: Not making all court dates, leaving the state, chaning address without telling bondsman, not paying your bond fee.
